Refund policy

We do not have a return or exchange policy because of the perishable nature of our product. However in case of damages we do offer a refund policy. 

 

Refund on Damages 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions 


We do not allow refunds on gift cards.

 

Refunds

To initiate a refund, you can contact us at hellochakos@gmail.com with the subject line "Chakos Pickle Refund Request" with proof of purchase receipt and image of damaged product.

If your request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
